Proud to join @SteveDaines in urging DOJ not to appeal the ruling in Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF. NFA registration requirements can't survive with the tax zeroed out. A win for the Second Amendment. DOJ should apply this nationwide and lock it in through rulemaking.
